Writing a script, generating an image, creating a video clip, and recording narration use different models and resources. Credit usage depends on the task, duration, and generation settings.

Generate and refine
Managed AI tasks use your available credits. If you need more, the studio will let you know before generation starts.
Keep track of your balance
See credits, allowances, and billing in My account. Yearly plans still replenish monthly.

Memberships renew for the chosen billing interval. Cancel renewal in the dashboard and keep access through your paid term. Plan changes take effect at the next successful renewal. Annual memberships are paid upfront.
Refunds & cancellationHow do credits work?
Managed AI generation uses credits. Usage depends on the task, duration, and settings; regenerating content also uses credits. Membership credits replenish monthly and unused credits expire at the next allowance date. Purchased credits do not expire. Storage, rendering, and download limits are separate.
Do I need an AI API key?
No. Managed generation works through your Video Studio account, with models handled for you. Supported personal API keys are optional and billed directly by their provider. Those requests do not use managed AI credits; membership production limits still apply.
What happens on an annual plan?
Annual memberships are paid upfront and renew yearly. Credits and rendering allowances still replenish monthly. Unused membership credits expire at their allowance boundary. Canceling renewal keeps access through the paid term.
Can I buy extra credits?
Additional packs are listed from the same catalog used in the application. A paid membership is required to buy packs. Your membership production limits continue to apply.
How do I cancel or change my membership?
Open My account, then Membership in the dashboard. Cancel renewal or schedule a plan or billing interval change for the next successful renewal. Your current paid term stays available until then.
