Status of these terms
These are draft terms for business and legal review, not an approved service agreement. The contracting entity, eligibility rules, governing law, dispute process, required consumer protections, and liability provisions must be supplied and reviewed before launch.
The service
Video Studio provides a workflow for AI-assisted scripts, storyboards, visuals, narration, audio, editing, and export. Production features depend on project settings, connected providers, available models, and membership allowances. AI generation and rendering can fail or require revision.
Your account
Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Verified accounts have their own workspaces. Administrators manage provider connections and application settings. Do not attempt to access another user’s projects or bypass usage controls.
Uploaded and generated content
Only upload assets and submit prompts you are entitled to use. Obtain appropriate rights or permissions for images, video, voice recordings, likenesses, music, and other content. Review AI output before distribution. Generated content may be inaccurate, similar to other content, or subject to provider-specific restrictions. The service makes no guarantee of exclusivity, copyright protection, or rights clearance.
Credits and allowances
AI work consumes credits based on the provider, model, and task settings. Review the estimate before queuing work. Subscription credits and production allowances follow monthly boundaries; purchased credit packs do not expire. Storage, delivery, project counts, rendering, concurrency, and media-write limits are separate from the AI credit balance.
Membership and payments
The pricing page uses the same catalog as account billing and checkout. Memberships renew monthly or annually according to the chosen offer. Annual memberships are paid upfront with monthly allowances. Plan changes apply at the next successful renewal. Purchased packs require a paid membership.
Responsible use
Do not use the studio for unlawful content, unauthorized impersonation, infringement, harassment, or attempts to compromise the service or its providers. Provider-specific use restrictions also apply. A formal enforcement and appeal process requires business and legal review.
Availability, cancellation, and legal review
Provider availability and supported models may change. Manage cancellation in My account and review the Refund & Cancellation page for implemented billing behavior. Service guarantees, liability, termination rules, content licenses, notice of changes, and statutory rights remain unresolved legal-review items.
