POLICIES & OPERATIONAL DISCLOSURES
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Draft for owner and legal review · Based on the current implementation
Current status
This draft explains implemented billing behavior. The commercial refund policy, merchant identity, consumer-rights language, and refund eligibility must be approved before public launch.
Canceling renewal
Open the dashboard, go to My account, then Membership, and cancel renewal. Membership access remains available through the current paid period. Annual memberships continue their monthly allowances through the paid year. Cancellation removes a scheduled plan change and prevents a new renewal; it does not by itself create a refund.
Changing plans
Plan and billing interval changes are scheduled for the next successful renewal. The existing paid term remains available until then. A change does not produce an immediate charge or immediate upgrade.
Credits and credit packs
Membership credits replenish monthly and unused allowance credits expire at their boundary. Purchased credit packs do not expire, but account access and membership production limits still apply. Packs add AI balance without increasing storage, rendering, delivery, or other allowances.
Refunds and payment reversals
The backend can reconcile Stripe refunds and disputes with membership and credit records. A reversal can remove granted credits, create a credit debt when credits have already been used, or place billing holds on an account. Technical support for reversals does not establish automatic refund eligibility.
